From the 13 January to the 2 February 2026, some of our libraries will be offering some fantastic FREE interactive Virtual Reality experiences for you to enjoy!

The VR Tour dates for 2026 are as follows:

• Taunton Library: Tuesday, 13 January – 10am to 12pm
• Bridgwater Library: Thursday, 15 January – 10am to 5pm
• Minehead Library: Monday, 19 January to Thursday, 22 January
• Frome Library: Friday, 23 January to Tuesday, 27 January
• Yeovil Library: Wednesday, 28 January to Saturday, 31 January

No need to book, just drop in! Some of the amazing content you will see includes:

• A Wallace and Gromit interactive game
• Sitting in a virtual orchestra whilst they play Lark Ascending
• A poetic piece – ‘Monoliths’
• A Mindfulness experience
• A Berlin Blitz experience– fly in a WWII Lancaster Bomber

Please note there is a minimum age of 10 years, anyone under 13 years will require a signed consent from their parent/guardian.
